Heat your home on gas. Properly.

Air-source heat-pump specialists working across Berkshire, Surrey and the Home Counties. Designed in-house by MCS-certified engineers, installed by our own crew, backed by a seven-year guarantee. The grant is included in the quote, not a footnote.

From your first call to a warm house, four stages.

Most installs run six to ten weeks end to end. We never start work without a written quote, a fully designed heat-loss survey, and a date everybody is happy with.

Live thermal model
Stage 01

A free in-home thermal survey, on a date that suits you.

An engineer comes round (not a salesperson). Forty minutes. We model your existing system, check radiator capacity, take a U-value reading on the external walls, and discuss what a heat pump would actually look like in your home.

Stage 02

Heat-loss design, sized for your house and your bills.

Within five working days you get a full MCS heat-loss calculation, a recommended unit (with sizing rationale), a labour and materials breakdown, and the BUS grant numbers worked into the bottom line.

Stage 03

Installation, our team, our vans, never subbed.

Three to five days on site depending on the property. We protect floors, run new pipework along structural lines, swap radiators where the design requires it, and commission with thermal-imaging photos at handover.

Stage 04

A 30-day check, then we're behind you for seven years.

We come back at the four-week mark to tune the weather-compensation curve to how you actually live. After that you've got a seven-year workmanship guarantee, an annual service plan, and a real phone number to call.

Three things the cheap quote won't include.

Heat pumps fail because of bad design, not bad units. We over-spec at the survey, get the hydraulics right, and walk away from jobs we can't make work.

Approach

Designed-first installs, with the maths in writing.

You get the heat-loss model on paper. Every radiator, every pipe run, every °C of flow temperature.

At 1m. Quieter than a fridge. Quieter than a polite conversation.

Hardware

Daikin, Mitsubishi, Vaillant.

We sell what we'd put in our own homes. No badge engineering, no "premium" rebrands. Three units we know inside out.

Crew

Our own engineers. Never subbed.

Six in-house engineers, no agency labour, no day-rate strangers turning up in your kitchen. The names are on the about page because they earned it.

The promise

If your system doesn't hit 3.2 SCOP in its first year, we re-engineer it for free.

A 1930s detached, fully decarbonised

From a 28-year-old oil boiler to net-zero heat in four days.

Stephen and Carol's 1932 semi in Cobham had been on a tired oil system since they moved in. We designed a 12kW low-flow heat pump with five replacement radiators, kept their existing thermal cylinder, and integrated the Mitsubishi control with their existing Hive set-up.

Survey within the week. Heat pump by July.

Most enquiries we book a free survey for within four working days. Bigger properties we'd usually want a half-hour phone call first to talk through the existing setup. Either way, we'll give you a straight answer about whether a heat pump is right for your home.
